Customer support for DLS Internet business customers is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Customer support for residential customers is available from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday.

We offer a comprehensive support library online that can answer many of the most common questions, including billing and technical issues.

DLS has a regularly scheduled maintenance window on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday between the hours of 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
